If you were only to do only one postures a day, the old texts say to do this one 🧐

There are thousands of different ways to do Paschimottanasana so don't worry about what the posture looks like... It’s about a state of being (steady and comfortable) not a shape! If you keep practicing this posture, flexibility will come more and more like a gift. The most important (and perhaps most difficult) thing to do is to relax. Use this beautiful opportunity to lengthen and awaken your spine. Invite the benefits such as improved digestion, stress reduction, and an energized feeling. In the posture watch your breath. The more comfortable your breath, the more comfortable your body and your mind will be. To bow your head down and be stopped. Resting. Watch what happens as you allow gravity to flow naturally 😎...
