DAY 17: My Healing Sentence "COVID-19 Yoga Together Challenge"
COVID-19 Yoga Together Challenge

.
DAY 17 :
"My healing sentence"
.
I am my hardest critic. Without warning throughout the day, I judge and belittle myself. The hardest part is this is so routine it is almost unconscious. We have to catch this mind. We have to observe it. (We have to watch every mind, but at first, especially this one 😋)
.
If I can see these thoughts, I can watch what sentence I'm holding onto. Sentences that have, over time, turned into beliefs. These beliefs we unconsciously carry with us and that influence how we speak, act and respond to certain situations. By watching we can see if these sentences are helping or harming us. If we find we're holding onto a harmful one, what to do? Drop it.
.
How to drop it? At first, replace it. But with what? Replace it with : your own healing sentence🤩. Close your eyes and look in. Find a sentence that when you repeat it to yourself, it moves you. It’s import that it makes you feel a good thing. (An example : Every day in every way, I’m getting better and better. - Émile Coué)... Anytime, repeating it to yourself in your head, especially when you first wake up or before you go to sleep 20 times (the more you repeat it, the more powerful it is). It can be helpful to look in a mirror when you say it too 😋
.
From watching and catching these sentences comes the power to chose - which sentences are you going to carry with you?
