As we live, our daily life makes up shrink and shrivel more and more. We start out in the fetal position and as we age, more and more we move back into fetal position. Stay young and vital (not too young 😜)...
.
This is one way to open up (heart and all) to the world!! Feel your chest opening!!

It is also good happy medicine. Think about the posture we take when we feel unsafe, depressed, sad... It is closed off, small, tucked, but through these poses (bridge if arch is not possible☺️), we open up to everything. Welcome everything. And our mood changes!!
