DAY 11: Cobra "COVID-19 Yoga Together Challenge"
COVID-19 Yoga Together Challenge#covid19yogatogether.DAY 11 :Bhujangasana(Cobra Pose).I wanted to start by writing about all the benefits that come from practicing this classic posture. By practicing this posture the old texts say: All diseases are cured! If you practice Cobra Pose steadily and comfortably you should not feel pain and experience a neverending journey of benedictions.While lying on your stomach place your hands next to your chest. Exhale, then on your inhale, slowly, at your own pace, lift your chest off the ground. Remember to keep your lower body firmly grounded. Cobra strengthens your heart and lungs!!
