DAY 3 :
Simhasana (Lion Pose)
.
Ehxhale. Take a deep breath in, then stick your tongue out and totally exhale your roar, (best if you can make a big sound!!) *Don’t forget your bandhas: anal sphincter, chin, and after you exhale everything, if you can, stomach in and up!(Mula Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Uddhiyana Bandha : 3 Bandha)*

Did you know that most people carry big tension in their face? Simhasana or Lion Pose is great for reducing anxiety by relaxing tension around your eyebrows, lips and jaw. Not only that, this ancient posture strengths the lungs and throat and gives power to your voice. ROAR!

Next time you're feeling anxious, try taking a seat, watching your breath and becoming a ferocious feline!
