2 Meditation Classes Opening in January 2023!






There are 2 meditation classes
opening daily(Mon-Fri)
at the Siji Center
starting in January 2023!

These classes are FREE to all current Ayurveda Yoga Academy membership holders and are open to ALL LEVELS~

Kundalini Meditation:
(4:00PM-5:00PM)
It is a 1-hour gentle active meditation that release blocked energy in the body so that it can flow. It is great for letting go of tension gathered through the day. You’ll be moving around a bit, so comfortable clothes are recommended.

Breathing Meditation
(6:40PM for ~40min)
Learn the basics of breathing, develop or strengthen your breathing practice. The breath is a tool for purifying and awakening the body and mind. It can be used to heal and prepare the body for asana(yoga postures). Continued breathing practice becomes meditation. Watch the transformation that comes when you attend this class every day, not just on your yoga mat, but also in the rest of your life. This will be a seated practice, communal mats and cushions are available for free and you are also welcome to bring your own. Please wear clothes that you can sit comfortably in
