She shared one particular way that yoga practice is helping her with things like bed time :
At night when I practice[8:30PM online class with Ayurveda Yoga], either she [my daughter] puts herself to sleep during class, which is great and if she doesn’t then at the end of class, I turn off the lights and we go to sleep together.
