Kids Halloween Yoga Party - by Talia

KIDS YOGA

This past Sunday was our Halloween Party for our Kids Yoga!

To start off we made our own Frankenstein or skeleton with its slow moving joints, ready for some yoga (Photo 1)! 

Next, we "lit up" with glow sticks and turned into some Halloween creatures! We were: werewolves, zombies, bats (Photo 2), witches, pumpkins, cockroaches and more!

Then came 'Trick or Treating' at the witch's lair (played by Talia) and the penguin's snow castle (played by Megan). The kids were gifted with creepy cartoon stickers and yummy Halloween jelly and chocolate.

We came back together to make our Pumpkin Lantern cards  (Photo 3). We cut and glued, colored and stuck some of our stickers.

Too soon it was time for goodbyes. We took some fun photos together first and even Moms joined in.

We all had a lot of fun!
