In March 2020, the teachers at Ayurveda Yoga Africa started offering online yoga classes to support friends and family during local and international lock down. It’s been 10 weeks and counting and our classes have since grown to include friends of friends of friends in an incredible international community! Despite our physical distance, through the practice of yoga we are able to connect and come together. Thank you to each of our members for sharing this online space with us and proving once again that there truly are no boundaries!
