[Prenatal Yoga] Prenatal Breathing Techniques

It is Hyesung who is having a happy pregnancy with Ayureda Yoga.

Doing one more thing with daily posture practice!!  
Breathing~ 
If through postures I improve my strength, then through breathing inviting deep relaxation and a comfortable feeling!
It may be difficult at first to be aware of my breath at first. But through practice, even just through breathing deep relaxation comes!
As this relaxation is very helpful in opening the door to the uterus, it is necessary. Let's practicing breathing together today during this meditation time.
