Hello~! How are you?

I'm Taeyeon of Ayurveda Yoga. 🥰

I guide early morning classes at the Ayurveda Yoga Siji Center. I am proud to be among the most charming and best teachers in Daegu. I usually teach at the Manchon Center in the afternoon. These days, I'm practicing at home because of COVID-19. I want everything to get better soon and to practice with all of our members and the other teachers at the yoga center. 

There must be a lot of people who are practicing at home every day!!
