It's Hyesung who is having a happy pregancy with Ayurveda Yoga Academy.

My legs have gotten stronger through daily practice!!
Doing postures has become much easier!

Ah! And when practicing, you must follow the state and depending on that stop and rest as you need~ There is also relaxation in childbirth, so please don't forget that!!

So then today we'll be doing more pelvis and lower body strengthening~~~
