Hi~ It's Hyesung who is happily spending her pregnancy with Ayurveda Yoga Academy.

Through out my pregnancy, as my stomach has grown, my whole back and especially my lower back have become stiff through the lack of awareness I have in my daily life of my habitual postures.

Just taking a little time every day to release your whole back, especially your lower back your body will feel more refreshed and your emotional and mental state will improve~
